Anybody going that day want to car pool from a local hotel? I think it might take some stress out of the day if we knew some people going. D-

If you're renting a car, there are cheap rooms to be found. I had a motel room that was more of a small suite (had a kitchenette and all that) for 30 bucks (40 including tax and fees). I got it through priceline.

Whats the problem with all the above posts. It seems to me that you wouldn't need to click this thread. I found the posts helpful. Should these be in another spot. I really appreciate this information as I have an interview in September.

When I interviewed i stayed at Thunderbird hotel, in Glendale. It was cheap like... 59.99, and they have the best staff. They also have this room upstairs where you can get free food all night.. like breakfeast, lunch, and dinner.. very nice place. And the best part is that it is about 5 mins. away from the school. So while everyone else was tired at the interview from having to wake up sooo early.. i was nice an fresh 🙂 Hope this helps, good luck in the interview!!

Not sure what the problem is. It's quite common and acceptable for interviewees to talk about their travel plans and ask for advice or suggestions from previous interviewees.

I probably wouldn't have found my motel room if it weren't for another SDNer posting that he had gotten a cheap room from priceline.

Oh wow I didnt know this school gave interview spots already. What were your stats OP?

For those that are interviewing at Midwestern on Sept 30.

I live in the valley of the sun and would be willing to carpool. I live in the east valley (se to be more specific). It takes approximately 40-45 minutes from my house to reach MWU but I do not mind helping out with some transport on the big day. PM me with yor email addresses and let me know what you think and I can get my information to you.

My interview is scheduled for 745 and I plan to be at the school @ 715-730 or so.
