I am looking for a roommate for Tech for OT school starting in June. I am looking to buy a house and would love to have a roommate that shares my interests and understands my schedule. The house is a brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage in a very nice neighborhood, in the growing area of lubbock- one of the bedrooms I want to turn into a study room, and then rent the other out. Not sure what rent would be yet, but would most likely include utilities as well..
