I'm looking for a place to live this coming year in University City since I am going to be doing the Penn post-bac program. I've found out about a 2BR unit on 39th and Chestnut, about $850/mo per person; this includes all utilities. I'm looking to see if someone who is going to be doing the post-bac program this coming year would want to live there. Furnished seems to be possible as well.
Any ideas/suggestions/interest, just let me know through PM. I'm also looking at other places in Center City and University City, but this one seems like the best option so far compared to studios and the such.
