Looking for an anesthesiology tutor

Hello all,

I have recently started my residency as an anesthesiologist at Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba, Israel, and am looking for.. what you call a tutor.

What I would like most is to have the opportunity to reference someone with more experience than me in relation to various questions and half-understanding I may have. I'd like someone to discuss concepts with and to be able to review alongside texts I study from.

I live in Kfar Saba, Israel, and any such session could be conducted over Skype.
