Looking for a room to rent? We have one room available in a 4 bedroom, 3bathroom townhouse. It is located in Claremont and is a few miles away from Western Univ. Currently, there will be 2 guys and 1 girl living in the house and we are looking for one more person (male or female). Room for rent is $490 + utilities. This is a one-year contract and it starts July 5, 2008. We got a $300 price break off the rent for signing up early.
