Just wanted to say that if any applicants are looking for last minute input at the end of the interview season just shoot me a private message with your questions. As some may know, I'm a MD-PhD interested in academic neuro that matched last year.
The only advice I'll offer here is beware of advice
. This time of year a lot of folks you will meet (especially those with...strong...personalities) will offer all sorts of opinions that may or may not fit with your situation or goals. Be as or more willing to discard advice as you are to accept it.
And now enjoy your spring semester. You have earned it.
