The Rural Health Voice. It is about the rural health issues in Virginia

IMreasoning, Core IM, the Harrison's podclass, Evidence based medicine are good podcasts that come to mind.

I like personal finance podcasts. These aren't medical podcasts per se, but are directed toward medical professionals:

White Coat Investor Podcast
Financial Residency Podcast

This podcast will kill you!

Mostly about infectious diseases, with some NCDs scattered in there. Absolutely fabulous! They talk about the biology and history of each disease in a very engaging way. They also have "quarantini's" for each episode of the podcast, in case you need creative drink ideas.

All these podcasts are good but maybe for 4th year medical students if anything.

I highly highly recommend EM Basic. They go by chief complaint and work through what you need to consider in every patient.

Audible Bleeding.

Who this is for: anyone interested in vascular surgery (med students, general surgery residents, current integrated vascular residents/fellows).
What it will do: provide a nice discussion from an assortment of great guests on topics ranging from burnout, recent Paclitaxel controversy, job hunting, etc.
What won't it do: listening to this podcast will not make you better looking. It's tough sometimes, because you look at us over here in vascular and wonder how we're all that goodlooking and I don't know what to say. We just are. We are also extraordinarily humble...
