looking for PCO housing- Cheap+no mice,no rats+low utility

Can anyone recommend any housing near PCO?

My criteria are:

- no mice, no rats, no bugs
- low electricity fee (how much would it cost to run your laptop plugged in like 8hrs perday?)
- room for one person (studio perferably)

-willing to drive

I don't care about tennis court, swimming pool, fitness centre, etc

I am also looking for a one bedroom at PCO. This is going to be tougher than I thought. I am considering a townhouse that could be sold at the end of my three years. I would have to really figure out the finances of things, and it might end up being a hassle, but I'm thinking that if property bounces back up in three or four years, then I could come out paying considerably less for housing than if I rent. The rent prices seem to be very high for a one bedroom in the Elkins Park area.
