I live in Europe and we have a different selection to med school here. Anyways, lets call it the MCAT for simplicities sake. In my country's of the MCAT there is an anatomy/physiology test that is 1/4th or 1/5th of the entire grade to get into med school here.

In the anatomy/physiology test you can bring as many books/printed material as you want.

I trust in the ability of you USA medical students. So I was wondering if you guys knew any sites where I could practise physiology to my heart's content with books?

This is helping a lot: http://www.free-anatomy-quiz.com/

But it doesn't have questions like 'if blood comes into the vein x, what veins will it pass before it arrives the right atrium.

Does anyone know where I can find such questions online?

Also, the example I gave is troubling me. Is there a book that gives a clear picture of the veins/arteries in 1 page or multiple pages, so I can just look up what veins it passes till it reaches the heart? Like something schematic.

Check out Quizlet. On the site, look up keywords that pertain to your search, like respiratory, circulatory, endocrine, etc...

The book you're looking for is Netter's anatomy atlas. You'll want a copy for med school, so you might as well get one now. The sample question you posted is more of an anatomy topic than physiology. You can find lots of anatomy resources here: http://www.med.umich.edu/lrc/coursepages/m1/anatomy2010/html/index.html including practice quizzes.

Practise quizzes? I can't find them, could you link me to it?

Also, what page of Netter's has the veins/arteries pathways that I was looking for?

Depends on what "x" is in your original question. 🙂

Also, since you're not going to be dissecting cadavers at this point, I'd personally go for Moore's Clinically Oriented Anatomy over Netter's. The old used copies are cheaper than Netters, and it actually has text with clinical/physiology connections in case you need to clarify something, as well as some really good illustrations.

There's a practice quiz in each of the sections on the page, along with other learning resources. Click on a region of the body in the page I gave you and you'll see a link for the practice quiz at the top. As for Netters, the page numbers change in the different editions. Each section of the body will have a page or two showing the paths of the arteries and veins. It would be very difficult to show all the important arteries and veins on just one page, given the body's three dimensional shape.
