I was accepted into the OTD program at Wash U
GPA: 3.9
GRE: 150 Q, 158 V
Full-time intern at Mayo Clinic
Volunteered for 2 semesters at a local inpatient rehab unit (50 hours if you're just counting OT)
Involved in concert band, gender and sexuality alliance, classics club
Leadership in the National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association

Major: Movement Science
Overall GPA: 3.78
Prereq GPA: 4.0
GRE: 156 Q, 156 V, 4 A
Observation Hours: 200 pediatric outpatient, 15 preschool, 6 neuro, 4.5 elementary school
LORs: 1 professor, 1 OTR (supervisor for pediatric outpatient observation hours), 1 supervisor from my volunteer work with adapted physical activity
Extracurriculars: about 200 hours of community service (medical mission trip, homeless shelter, and adapted physical activity programs), 8 months volunteering as a medical assistant in a cardiology office, 6 months working as a CNA in a nursing home, 2 months working as a behavior technician with children with autism, 2 months working in a pediatric clinic helping out with the OTs, sorority, kinesiology fraternity, honors greek life fraternity
