Looking for statistics on total radiation oncology spending

Hello everybody, I have a question:

Does anyone have any sources on how much money is paid by insurance companies and patients for radiation oncology services (total treatment costs in $ billions) in the US / year???

I have tried to find info on the web but came up with nothing.

I think Kian Kian Ang had a mention of this in his ASTRO presidential speech in 2008....may try the conference videos to check.

All I remember is some anecdote about how ALL radiation oncology spending was equivalent to medical oncology spending for a single drug (erythropoietin).
