USMLE Looking for Step 1 in-person/in class coaching

Hi all,

I feel that I need some in-person Step 1 coaching in US. Not online or via skype etc. Probably there are none due to COVID-19.

In most of my self study I end up with two choices and then struggle to pick the final one. So I am thinking to get some external help.
Aiming to score 240ish.

Any pointers will be helpful.
