Looking to switch ; need an opinion

I am an internal medicine intern at a good mid-level University. I thought I wanted to do Heme-Onc but the outpatient is too boring. Also my friend here is in Rad Onc and after being around him for two weeks, I love the field and I am considering finishing IM and doing Rad Onc.

I am a DO grad, but with USMLE Step I and II 241, 245 respectively. I have two pubs in medical oncology and am presenting at ASCO this year.

My questions are :

1. Do I have a shot?
2. What can I do to increase my matching potential?

Also, considering that you find outpatient Heme-Onc boring, are you aware that Rad Onc is almost exclusively outpatient?
