LOR after app submission?

So the fee waiver states that we are given "14 calendar days from the award date to e-submit your application."
Do I have to have all LOR in before submitting the application? Or I can continue to add LORs after the application has been submitted?

Wondering as well...I'm prettyyyy sure you can add LORs after submission/verification but haven't found absolute confirmation

Yes you can add a letter of rec after you submit your application. You can also update certain sections like the experiences section.
