LOR for Carms and NRMP

Hey guys,

Not sure how many of you are canadians here or applying to CARMS and NRMP match but i just had 2 general q's.

1. Do I get 1 original LOR and a copy of it because I am applying to CARMS and NRMP this year, or do they both have to be originals?

2. Do the doctors have to mail out my letters to ECFMG/CARMS or can I mail them myself because I find this is much more convenient and faster?
