I was wondering if you could use the same LOR for dental school when applying for military scholarship. also i know its best to have someone from the military to write you a LOR, but what happen if I dont know n.e from the military.. is it a disadvantage to not for one?

Same one would be fine. It is even better if it is not addressed to the school - but to the military board.

Not necessary to have it from someone in the military.
