Is it okay for my physician recommendation letter to be officially stamped or must this be on a letterhead as specified. Thank you!

I would assume as long as the letter has his signature/contact info and some kind of verification that it is coming from him it should be fine.

Check the school requirements, some insist on letterhead and will not accept otherwise

Definitely check each school's requirements. Some specifically state a letterhead is needed. I had my doc LORs put theirs on letterhead just to be safe.

It should be on paper with letterhead....
