Medical LOR is Pre-dated - will this be a problem?

[Question]

I have a letter of recommendation stored in interfolio from one of my research mentors; however, they pre-dated the LOR to June since they were a program director at that time and wanted the use the title to add weight to the LOR.

I am applying this upcoming cycle, would the early date on the LOR be an issue?

It may look slightly weird since it seems like you had an LOR uploaded a year in advance, but I don't think this is a huge deal.
