LOR No Longer Being Sent- resend?

I am no longer expecting a letter to be sent to amcas. This isn't a big deal for me because I didn't put that letter down for any of the schools I applied to, and I went ahead and submitted my application. I have received an interview and am waiting for other schools to respond. now that I know it wont be sent, amcas wants me to modify the LOR section, and resend. Will this affect the schools I have not heard from? or the interview I've received?
