LOR Process?

Hi guys, non-trad here. It's been more than a few years since I've been out of school, so I thought I'd ask my professors from my past for LORs early, anticipating that it would take longer for me. To my surprise, the professors that I've asked remember me and are very eager to write me LORs. Now.... where do they send them to? I think I can have them save it on Interfolio, but I just wanted to ask to make sure! Thank you.
