I am getting a letter from a resident. I helped her with her master's project. My concern is that some schools are asking for stationary letter heads, which she doesn't have. Is this a huge deal? How do I get around it?

The secretary of her department can supply her with letterhead stationary. Or she can have the secretary type up the letter for her on the stationary. It is important to have the letter look official, and not like something you could have written up on your own.
