I am asking a Pharmacist who works at Rite Aid to write me a letter of recommendation. He can't upload the email from his rite aid email as they only allow internal emails to be sent. He also doesn't have an official letterhead from Rite Aid, its only for corporate. Is this normal? And if so then is it a big deal that he's going to write his own letterhead and send from a personal gmail account?

I don't think it matters what e-mail it's from. If he's submitting it online then he doesn't need letterhead. He just copies and pastes it into a box.

When you add your pharmacist as one of the LoR writers on pharmCAS, they are given a link to an electronic LoR evaluation form. It consists of a survey and empty boxes for why they recommend an applicant.

Everything is pretty straight forward. If you have already done this then your pharmacist should have no trouble doing the rest on his own.

Trangalang beat me to it. XD
