Hi,

I don't know if this is the right forum to ask but I really need some opinion...

I needs a recommendation for a summer internship that I am applying before I am applying to Pharm sch. I asked my research mentor to write me a LOR, application is due on next Fri & this Fri (I am applying to 2) I asked him on the 1st, but I offered to send him a "draft", he said yes. I told him I will send the draft to him by the end of that week that I asked him, but it took me a while to research on how to write a good one, so I delay sending the draft to him until the 11th...after I send the draft to him he didn't response back. and I just send an reminder to him yesterday on the progress, no response

now it's really really worries me if there's something goes wrong. didn't I broke my promise that I will send it to him by the end of this week? do i sound like I am rushing him? I need to mail the application tmr...should I call him?
any advice is appreciated.

Not sure what the conditions are for your application deadline, but it could be possible that you can submit your application tomorrow and have the LORs forwarded at a later date (again, just check with the program you are applying to). Often LORs are submitted separately from the application (because you're not even supposed to see it, let alone write a "draft"). Good luck.
