LOR without a date?

I submitted my letters through Interfolio, which did not flag anything regarding the letters.

However, I received an email from an MD program saying that one of my science letters is undated. I’m sure the prof who wrote the letter won’t mind resending it ASAP since he’s a super nice guy. I’m just wondering what the process is?

Should I make a new Interfolio link for him? Should I add the letter to all of the schools I sent his letter to? Do I need to add any notes or explanations or send an update email to any schools?

I would to try ask the writer to creeate a new link. Overalll, its a minor issue and I really wouldnt worry much at all. Explaining it to the schools could come in handy.
