LOR's submitted before app

I asked one of my professors to write a LOR two days ago thinking she wouldn't do it until the end of the month but she told me she mailed it out yesterday! I still have not submit my app because I'm still putting final touches to my personal statement. My transcripts still don't show yet on AACPMAS.

So what happens to my LOR now? I'm just afraid they'll get lost, forgetten, thrown away, etc etc. How will admissions know to match it up to my app once it gets sent out?

Call the school(s) you applied to and let them know. They will make a file for you when they receive the LOR and wait on your application. This is what they did for me. Hope this helps!

same here. My LOR were received by schools before I submitted my application. That is a good thing since they will have everything they need to review the application when you submit.

Yeah I called them. They said, when they receive it, they will open a file for you and wait on your application.
