So, some schools specifically let you know if they prefer to have your LORs come in separately or if they prefer to have the pre-med committee's composite letter.

Other schools, such as Case MSTP and Yale MSTP say that either is OK. Which do you think would be the better option? Does it make a difference?

How detailed is the composite letter, usually? One typewritten page? Several pages? Does anyone know?
 
At least at the undergrad I attended, premed advisor wrote a composite letter and attached some of the original LOR to it so they got to see everything.
