The Neurology Match requests a copy of our original Step 1 score report, and I can't track it down anywhere. I can obviously request a score transcript, but this apparently won't include the "Personal Performance Profile" which is a break down by subject. The USMLE claims that the "Personal Performance Profile" is purged from their system after 90 days, and not intended for viewing by third parties. Is this true?

Also, my school tells me that we're not supposed to send them our "Personal Performance Profile" anyways. They said that its illegal for them to be requesting this information. The Neurology Match says that I will not be penalized for not having the "Personal Performance Profile", but that program directors will ask why it is missing.

Anybody have any experience with this problem? 🙁 Any advice?

Oh no...I never thought I would need that either. My cat ripped mine up. Hopefully you can request another copy.

I think the Dean's office gets a copy. You might try there.

Unfortunately, you cannot request another copy of it unless it is within 90 days of the original report. You can of course get a copy of your cumulative number score, but they CLAIM that they purge the personal performance profile within 90 days so they cannot include that part. Has anyone else ever lost their original score report and been asked to send them to programs?

Oh. I tried my Dean's Office and they said they don't receive this information. I think they only get our final number score.
