Low GPA High MCAT applicant need help(3.72 GPA and 526 MCAT)

Hello! I am a junior applying next cycle and I am curious about how I should build my school list and how I should temper my expectations. I have a 3.72 GPA with one C in Orgo 2 and a couple of Bs in different classes. A lot of my grades can be attributed to family situations as I have been traveling a lot due to the passing of family members. I took my MCAT only once and I got a 526(132/130/132/132). I have 2 paper publications(1 first author) and 2 abstract publications. I have 1000 clinical hours as well as 500 non-clinical volunteering hours at a food bank. I am curious as to if I should apply for T20 schools and if my GPA would be an automatic deterrent for schools like Vanderbilt and Emory.
