Hi guys, so currently my gpa is a 2.75 and I’m trying to see what post bacc programs could I be eligible for. I’ve taken so many science courses, many like immunology, endocrinology just to name a few. With grade forgiveness my gpa would probably be a 2.9 or 3.0 but without it’s a 2.75 and AMCAS has it at a 2.5. Any suggestions? Please be kind.

Grade replacement doesn't exist for DO schools anymore so there's no point mentioning what your gpa would look like with it. You need to take more upper level science courses at a 4 year college and raise your gpa to a 3.0.

Could I graduate from my current university and then take some upper level courses elsewhere?

You can do that. Calculate how many credits you need to ace to raise both of your cumulative and science GPAs. Raise you GPAs as close as you can to a 3.0. Afterwards, study hard and take the MCAT. Build a solid app and apply DO. If you have your sights set on MD, you're going to need to do a smp after your diy post-bac to increase your chances.
