Hi folks,

I've recently started volunteering in a couple different non-clinical volunteer settings and I'm wondering how, if at all, I should considering include them. I think they're both great and plan to continue helping out, however
1.) I've only put in 16 hours so far total
2.) They occur irregularly so it'd be hard to project how much time I'll spend over the application year
and 3.) I unfortunately haven't had the chance to do any other non-clinical volunteering.

Do you think it's worth including the 16 hours as a lumped-together non-clinical volunteering experience?
Or make some guess as to how many hours I'll put in over the next year?

Thanks!

Ideally you'd group this with another nonclical volunteer activity to make the impact stronger. Since you can't, it will look like last-minute box checking. If you decide to list it rather than saving it for Secondaries, I suggest you not guess at a fixed number of (unknowable) future hours but rather describe your intent to stay involved for the next xx months.
