Hi gang,

I need some advice from you. Having taken the DAT yesturday I am quite stressed and unhappy with my results. They are as follows:

PC 21
QR 14
RC 19
Bio 22
GC 25
OC 21

TS 22
AA 20

Not even sure if makes sense for me to apply this year, although I had already started the process. Both my overall GPA and science GPA are 4.0. I am publishing a research in October and have a bunch of EC under my belt along with solid dental experience (volunteering)

That &^$&% QR just killed me, mental stop I surmise.. Should I retake the test and apply next year? Apply this year and still retake the test?

Suggestions are welcome and appreciated! Thanks much.

i wouldn't let one low score keep me from applying, especially when all your other stats are really good. Just call the schools yo're applying to and make sure they will still consider your application. If they want you to retake, you can still retake in september!
