Low Science GPA vs Good BCP GPA

My sGPA is 3.45 but my BCP is going to be roughly at 3.6.
This is mainly because I had four Bs in my calculus/advance math courses. However, as we know, ADEA only reports sGPA. For some school, I don't know my chances because my sGPA is below their sGPA but my BCP is above their sGPA. I am trying to compile a list for 10 match schools and 3 reach schools. However, because of my BCP vs Science GPA this is tricky. For example, I don't know if I should consider UCSF as a reach school or a match school :S

I am thinking of contacting a few schools to get their feedback (but they will obviously tell me to apply anyways), but I appreciate any additional insight from you guys too.

I am not too stressed about my low sGPA. I am just curious to what my "true" science gpa is because of my BCP gpa. Depending on what I think my "true" sGPA is, I might have to add or remove schools from my list.
