Just got my step 2 score today and its much lower than predicted: 228. I'm USMD at a top 40 med school. Decent research with no pubs and volunteering with leadership. No honors. HP IM and FM and P others-likely bottom third or fourth of my class since only about 15 percent got P per course, but haven't seen rankings yet. I want to do cards so I'd prefer academics if possible. Which programs are most feasible?
