You probably need to mainly focus on community programs that have an in-house fellowship, or just not submit step altogether and hope for the best with low tier academic/academic affiliated

Check out Residency Explorer Tool to gauge your competitiveness since they report Step 2 stats. After a quick scan on the website I think you're more competitive then you give yourself credit for. I believe you will match at one of those locations for sure. Hoping it works out for you!

Thanks for the feedback. I agree and I revised the list to include more community programs and academic affiliates.
I learned about Icahn from someone who was brutally honest, but I believe it saved me some signals
