Hi!

I was wondering if many of you practicing dentists, and dental students suffer from lower back pain, wrist, or shoulder pain from doing dental works? How do you cope with them? Thanks.

My writst has been killing me the last few weeks, but funny thing is I havent been doing any restorative, been off studying. when I first started my neck was killing me, thought I had something wrong with me even since if was constantly like my head was too heavy or something. But now after working on posture and pt positioning, all is well, all is well.....

you HAVE to exercise....
not optional.

also i'm kinda getting addicted to this massage therapy stuff....
...works wonders.
(and it has nothing to do with the fact the massage therapist chick is more than a little hot)
😉

I am lazy, I haven't exercised in like 4 years!

then drop out...and save yourself the trouble.

you'll never make it in dentistry.

😛

Thank you guys for the inputs. Messages and exercises sound like good options. What exercises are especially helpful?
