does anyone know of any U.S. medical schools with a high acceptance rate. U.S. news and world reports only has rankings for the top 50; I'm wondering if their is a list of the rest.

hate to break it to you - you've got to head offshore - Mexico or the islands - to find high acceptance rates

High acceptance rates??? Are you kidding me? What school has a high acceptance rate? If you're looking for an easy way in go to the Caribbean or some other foreign countries. Look, even state schools which most times are somewhat easier to get into (depending on the state) still have insanely low acceptance rates. Get the AAMC book that lists the #s of people who apply and who matriculate. You'll see it's low for every school. Period.

None do. Some state schools may look superficially high, but that's only because it's mostly state residents applying as some schools almost exclusively accept state residents.

Even schools people on here say are "lower tier" allopathic schools get a ton of applications and get low acceptance rates, typically well below 5%. Because they're supposedly "easier" to get into, everyone applies to them, some as backups and some with weak numbers.
