I realize that pathology is one of the 3 P's. As I went thru Goljan and FA, I realize that FA emphasizes some pathology while just breezing through others.

For instance, thyroid carcinoma and Gyn carcinoma (CIN..etc). These two topics were just briefly mentioned in FA and Goljan's lectures. This wasn't the case as I went over RR. The book covered all those stuff in good details plus some other diseases I've never heard of before.

So can anyone say what are the LOWEST YIELD pathology topics are?

Everything in FA is high yield. FAs section on thyroid cancers may look small, but thats because it is all you have to know about it. You will almost certainly get questions on one of those thyroid cancers, hence why they are high yield.

RR path explains stuff in order to help your understanding. FA is not supposed to be a resource to explain every little concept, it is supposed to be a high yield fact book.
