So I'm faced with a very tough decision and I was hoping to get some feedback. I got accepted into two Post bac programs: midwestern (az) masters of biomedical science and Loyola's masters of physiology. I want to study biomedical science since the curriculum would better prepare me for medical school, but I don't know if it'll be worth the cost. I'm from Chicago so my time at Loyola would far less costly than at Midwestern. its like a $15k difference in total expenses and tuition. They both have linkage to medical school (except midwestern is DO and loyola is MD). I'm already applying to DO school this cycle (cGPA of 3.95) and MCAT 29. which is also a big influence in the decision. Any suggestions or feed back? Oh and I already applied for midwestern (IL) in may but haven't heard back from them yet. it'd be greatly appreciated!
