Help with the possible diagnosis of this case.

Please see attached photo of the slide.

Salient features:
- 56-year-old female
- non-smoker
- 1 ½ month history of progressive dyspnea on exertion
- dry cough
- claimed significant weight loss for the last seven months
- no fever & sputum production
- CXR - consolidation in the left upper lobe and left lower lobe
- CT scan - Irregular area of consolidation in the left upper lobe extending to the left lower lobe; patchy ground glass opacities in both lungs and interlobular septal thickening
