Amino acid infusions, anti emetics, etc. Sounds much more a pita

Lutathera is much more clinically intensive from a time standpoint for staff. We do this as the MD time isn't that intensive but we are fortunate to have the clinic/nursing support and space to get it done. Thankfully these are much less frequent than Pluvicto for the staff's sake.
