Can anyone give me some info. on the Lutheran Pedo Program in NY(Brooklyn)...
1)call schedule-how often
2)hours--long?
3)facilities,#assistants
are the residents generally happy or burnt out?

2)hours--long?----sometimes 6.30 am to 8 pm
3)facilities,#assistants----average
are the residents generally happy or burnt out?-----depends

I did an externship there and residents were mixed about the program.....most of them liked it, but everyone emphasized that residents work A LOT.........that was repeatedly mentioned to me, even by the director.

the facilities were so-so
