My Lange's biochem flashcards cover a bunch of these that aren't in FA, wondering if they're worth knowing or not. I'd imagine any questions on them would be on the more major ones, am I right?

Oh and feel free to mention any other esoteric type stuff not in FA that they like to ask.

I honestly would think that they are not HY enough. Yes, you can memorize everything thats in additional resources but how much is that going to help? Also that LY information probably will not appear in a qbank such as uworld.

I mean it's like learning all 11 types of glycogen storage diseases. There's almost no benefit to doing it and probably will end up confusing you more than learning only 5 of them. At some point you cut your losses and ride historical feedback, which is reflected by what's included in Kaplan/First Aid.

I might glance over them to give yourself a shot, but to be honest, the other ones are probably low yield. I would try to know the ones in First Aid and the most HY ones of those are Tay Sach's, Niemann-Pick, and Gaucher's.
