M.A. vs M.S.

Hi,
I just recently got interested in speech pathology, and was looking into some programs. I saw that some programs offer a M.A. while others offer a M.S. Is there a big difference between the two? Would it effect finding a job after graduation? Thank you!!!

The degree difference doesn't effect finding a job after graduation.


I have noticed that some slp programs with the M.S. require more research components ... whether it's a project, clinical research, etc. But overall, most ASHA accredited programs are VERY similar.
