M3 student interested in OBGYN with low step score

Hi! I am a M3 student and really interested in OBGYN but I have a 212 step score and didnt honors in my OBGYN rotation. I have done a lot of research and very involved in school but I feel like I don't have a chance anymore to pursue this path since it has become so competitive, Any advice on how to improve my application/should I think of another path?

You still have a chance. Step 1 scores are becoming passé; research is becoming more important. Work with your home dept
