Does anyone happen to have experience using eclinicalworks (or any other EMR for that matter) with Mac OS? Good, bad, ugly?

For most any EMR you can use Bootcamp, parallels, or VMWare. There are other ways as well. You probably will use Windows Remote desktop for OSX and log into the server running EMR.

MacPractice is good and has been around 20 years or so..thats an eternity. That said, all EMRs are rip offs as far as I'm concerned.
