Macrolide activity on gram negative bacteria

So as i read macrolides cant pass the gram negative wall but at the Same time they effect Helicobacter, campylobacter brukolderia... Etc. Which are also gram negative. My question is how macrolides can pass wall of those bacteria? Thx
