Made a mistake with a course number on my primary. AMCAS didn't catch it in verification.

I was just filling out a secondary and I realized that one of my course numbers is incorrect on my primary. The course number should be PHYS 6BL, but apparently I put in PHYS 3BL. When my app was verified it still shows PHYS 3BL, which is now what all the schools have. What do I need to do to fix this? Do I need to call up each school, or AMCAS, or both? If they just look at my transcripts it's pretty obvious what happened, but still, is this a real issue, and if so, what do I do?

Do nothing

For secondaries that have a section that ask me to put in my pre-req courses, should I put in the course number that appears on the primary, or the real course number that appears on the transcript?
