i get the right hand rule w/ an isolated charge, ie F = qv cross B

but i'm a little confused with the orientation when it comes to F = IL cross B

here's a screeny of the kaplan question i got wrong:

i'm confused how to orient my right hand rule...i usually use my left hand for electrons, and since the electron flow is down and magnetic field is into the page, my left hand rule says the force is to the right?

I always use my right hand for RH rule and if I looking at electrons, I'll reverse the direction that I'll with protons. With this problem, I'll assume that protons move down the page and orient my thumb in dat direction, my pointing finger points into da page aligned with magnetic field and the force points to the right of the page, since this force is due to my hypothetical protons, electron will have a force pointing in the opposite direction (to the left).
