Anyone have direct lines to get a prescription transferred from the big mail order pharmacies? Caremark, Express, etc?

I love it when you finally get to the RPh and they ask "Are you the pharmacist?"

Why bother? I told patients we didn't do transfers from mail order and to have the doctor call in a new script.
