mailing out things to schools

Anyone find that the address to the school can be rather long...

almost 6-7 lines of address detail to write onto a envelope.

I was just wondering if i had to include the contact persons name on the envelope as well as all the other mumbo jumbo school stuff.

Schools lose so many letters it is ridiculous. I wouldn't do anything to further reduce the chance of your package being delivered to the correct person.
